Signature Start Up Masterclass' Guwahati session had the indie-rock sensation Palash Sen, share his passion to paycheck journey during a liberating conversation with the witty host Cyrus Sahukar.

Signature Startup Masterclass is a celebration of real life success stories and provides a unique platform to passionate individuals who are looking for the right inspiration and guidance by giving them an opportunity to hear their icons share the story of how they managed to successfully convert their passion into paycheck.

During the Masterclass session, Palash shared that although he was born to a family of doctors in Lucknow, having grown up in the fashionable Connaught Place in Delhi, he always had a keen interest in theater and singing. However, he decided to honour his family tradition and pursue medicine.

While at the prestigious University College of Medical Sciences, he rediscovered his love for music and formed his own band Euphoria. His first composition 'Heaven on Seventh Floor' was composed on the seventh floor of his hostel. He became friends with bass player/producer DJ Bhaduri who started supporting their performances at several platforms. In 1998, with the release of their first album 'Dhoom' and the single 'Dhoom Pichuk Dhoom' they elevated to pop culture glory. Since then Euphoria has become a household name in the music industry.

Following his success in music, revered poet Gulzaar's daughter, Meghna Gulzaar recognized his potential for acting and cast him opposite Sushmita Sen in the film 'Filhaal'. He went on to star in two more films and he was one of the judges of the very popular 2015 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' on Zee Bangla. Palash still continues his medical practice.
