Congress Centrum Saar GmbH (CCS) is the supporting organization of the Saarbrücken large halls Congress Hall and Saarlandhalle .The company was founded in 1994 and both buildings, which were independently until then, brought together under the umbrella of the new GmbH. The Saarlandhalle was previously owned by the Saarland Sport Toto GmbH, the Congress hall owned by the city Saarbrücken. In its early founding 80 percent of possession shares went to the Saarland over, 20 per cent in the possession of the state capital of Saarbrücken.
