The hotel is still a very nice place but the focus appears to be charging more and cutting corners. Prices have increased for the hotel, including the $29 daily charge (for what?), and food, but the services have been cut. They did not run the jets on the lazy river before lunchtime and never fixed the hot tub all 4 days, no life guards or supervisors for the pools, and the food items were of lower quality then 3 years ago and smaller portions.
